Cancellation Policy
I appreciate your time and energy—and I do my best to honour both. Here’s what to know when booking a session with me: ✅ Booking & Payment All private sessions must be booked in advance. Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Packages (like 3-session bundles) must be paid in full up front. 🔁 Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session with no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 50% fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate unless there’s an emergency. 🔄 Refunds Packages are non-refundable, but you can transfer unused sessions to a friend or family member. Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances—please reach out if something comes up. ⏳ Late Arrivals If you’re running late, I’ll do my best to accommodate the full session time, but please understand that sessions may still need to end at the scheduled time out of respect for others. 💬 Questions?
